Assistant Teaching Professor - Finance Boise, ID
The Department of Finance at Boise State University invites applications for a full-time teaching faculty position (nontenure-track) starting Fall 2025. The successful applicant is expected to direct the newly formed insurance concentration in the department and teach both face-to-face and asynchronous online undergraduate Finance courses. The candidate should commit to high-quality teaching, scholarship leading to conference presentations and refereed journal publications, engage in university and community service, and establish and maintain connections with the professional finance community. The standard teaching load is three courses per semester. The position requires keeping AACSB SA status through publications in refereed journals. The successful applicant must relocate to the Boise, Idaho area.

Each year, Boise State University prepares an Annual Security Report and Annual Fire Safety Report as part of the University's commitment to safety and security on campus and in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Police and Crime Statistics Act. The report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on the main Boise State campus, all of Boise State's separate campuses, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Boise State, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from Boise State's campuses.
