This role operates at the nexus of fiscal accountability and the student experience. The ideal candidate brings a sense of purpose, technical and operational business knowledge, and an educational growth mindset to the job. They are comfortable working with some ambiguity and are adept at collaborating with others to find workable solutions to complex issues. The Business Operations Coordinator may spend part of their day paying invoices, tracking budgets, reconciling P-card expenses or meeting with students and colleagues to ensure the successful execution of student programs and activities. Associate Director of Facilities and Operations Boise, ID
The Associate Director of Facilities and Operations is responsible for the overall, day-to-day operations of the Student Recreation Center which includes facility maintenance and custodial services, capital projects, space planning, and risk management. The Associate Director of Facilities and Operations will also be indirectly responsible for related personnel functions of direct reports including facility scheduling and event management, membership services, and aquatics. The Associate Director will directly supervise the Assistant Director of Facilities and Aquatics, the Coordinator of Member Services, and three Night Custodians while indirectly supervising the Coordinator of Aquatics and Safety and approximately 80 student staff members on the Facility Operations Team. The Associate Director of Facilities and Operations will report to the Director of Campus Recreation.
