Job Summary/Basic Function:

This position serves in raising financial support for Boise State University development teams. Manage day-to-day parking and seating requests, upgrades and fulfillment, assist with annual giving programs to increase funding.

Boise State Public Radio is Idaho’s largest nonprofit, listener-supported NPR member station, reaching the region's metropolitan and rural areas.

Level Scope:

Entry-level professional with limited or no prior experience to contribute on a project or work team. Incumbent learns to use professional concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity under close supervision while achieving day-to-day objectives. Works on developmental assignments that are initially routine in nature, requiring limited judgment and decision making. This level is typically focused on self-development. Requires theoretical knowledge through specific education and training.

Essential Functions:

● Collaborate to support enhancement fund development efforts, including creating marketing materials, event date selection and donor point of contact.
● Assist with annual giving renewals, correspondence, benefits, and solicitations.
● Assist with website maintenance and updates
● Day-to-day operations of tracking requests.
● Assist with planning and execution of three to four on-air membership drives each year with support from the drive planning team.
● Oversee premium inventory as well as packing supplies. Including but not limited to ordering, quality control and shipping of premiums.
● Customer Service on the membership email and phone lines.
● Quality control on member accounts.
● Oversee mail with partner Greater Public.
● Back-up for the main gift processor.
● Help with events as needed.
● May perform other duties as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

● Attention to detail.
● Experience with planning and organizing.
● Ability to take ownership and personal accountability.
● Demonstrative oral communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Salary and Benefits:
 
Salary range is $49,000 - $54,000 annually and is commensurate with experience. Boise State University provides a best-in-class benefits package, including (but not limited to):
