Job Summary/Basic Function: |
This is a tremendous opportunity for a Compensation professional who is looking to join an innovative and growing organization. You will be called upon to utilize all of your professional abilities, collaborative talents, and technical knowledge of compensation philosophies and programs. As Director of Compensation you will provide strategic direction to ensure that Boise State's compensation programs align with the institution's overall compensation philosophy, market trends and compliance requirements. Having oversight of HR's human resource information systems functions, you will also focus on developments in data integrity, data reporting, and the use of personnel data to make data-informed decisions. Review of applications will begin promptly after the holidays and will continue until a suitable number of qualified applicants have been identified. |

Essential Functions: |
Develops and implements the university’s employee compensation infrastructure (70%): |
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: |
● Strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct job analysis, market research, and develop salary structures. |
Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant professional experience in employee compensation. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
● Advanced degree. |
Salary and Benefits: |
