Job Summary/Basic Function: |
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue for PACE. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. |

Level Scope: |
Recognized subject matter expert who knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with in-depth understanding of the professional field with limited oversight from managers. Independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the function; requires deep job knowledge of area typically obtained through higher education combined with experience. Manages large projects or processes and problems faced are difficult and often complex; analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope and determines solutions. May manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources; functions with a high degree of autonomy. Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures. |
Essential Functions: |
● Create design concepts and make recommendations for national advertising, marketing materials, and promotional pieces. |
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: |
● Creative, project management, and interpersonal skills. |
Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years experience including 1 year of managerial experience or equivalent. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
At least 3 years of experience identifying and qualifying potential clients through various methods, including emails, calls, networking, and social selling. At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships. Creating a supportive learning environment and adapting to varied audience sizes, venues, and available audio-visual technologies. At least 3 years of experience developing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to clients, highlighting the value of professional development opportunities. |
Salary and Benefits: |
