Job Summary/Basic Function: |
The Business Analyst, Associate is an integral part of the Admissions and New Student Programs systems team, reporting to the Assistant Director of Systems. This position is fully remote within the Treasure Valley in Idaho, with the requirement to attend in-person meetings on Boise State’s campus as needed. The role offers the opportunity to provide technical and systems support for three critical platforms: PeopleSoft (the primary student information system), Perceptive Content (the document imaging system), and Slate (the customer relationship management system). The Business Analyst, Associate will assist in building and maintaining queries, support data management initiatives, coordinate and participate in regular system testing, monitor system health and performance, complete assigned tasks, and assist with system-related requests to ensure smooth, efficient operations across all platforms. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. |

As a Business Analyst, Associate, you'll become an essential part of the Admissions and New Student Programs team at Boise State University. This department encompasses three core areas: New Student Programs, Recruitment and Campus Visits, and Operations and Systems. We are dedicated to the recruitment, admission, and seamless onboarding of students. |
Level Scope: |
Entry-level professional with limited or no prior experience to contribute on a project or work team.
