Job Summary/Basic Function: |
This position serves in raising financial support for Boise State University development teams. Manage day-to-day parking and seating requests, upgrades and fulfillment, assist with annual giving programs to increase funding. |

Entry-level professional with limited or no prior experience to contribute on a project or work team. Incumbent learns to use professional concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity under close supervision while achieving day-to-day objectives. Works on developmental assignments that are initially routine in nature, requiring limited judgment and decision making. This level is typically focused on self-development. Requires theoretical knowledge through specific education and training. |
Essential Functions: |
● Acquire new members for the Bronco Athletic Association (BAA) primarily through outbound sales of season tickets for all Boise State Athletics ticketed sports, including Men’s Basketball and Football - mainly via phone calls, emails, text messages, and virtual meetings. |
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: |
● Donor experience in the areas of identification, cultivation, and solicitation. Must be able to develop good relationships with prospective/current donors. |
Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
● One (1) to two (2) years of experience working in a collegiate or professional sports office environment. |
Salary and Benefits: |
