Job Summary/Basic Function: |
To advance Slate CRM efforts within the Admissions and New Student Programs department by supporting automated processes, conducting quality assurance checks, and helping coordinate Slate-related system testing and user support. This position plays a key role in ensuring system accuracy, preserving data integrity, and enhancing end-user functionality through regular testing cycles and facilitation of the internal Slate enhancement request process. This position is fully remote for candidates who reside in the Boise metropolitan region of Idaho. Occasional in-person attendance is required for departmental meetings, collaboration days, or team gatherings on Boise State University’s campus. |
