Job Summary/Basic Function: |
The HR Programs & Projects Specialist supports implementation of HR programs and activities including documentation, reporting, coordination of training and tracking efforts, and collaborating with campus partners. |

Level Scope: |
A fully competent and productive professional contributor who applies acquired job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with general supervision; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action. May provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals and/or support employees. |

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: |
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. |
Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience equal to 6 years. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
● At least one year of work experience using Excel. |
Salary and Benefits: |
