Job Summary/Basic Function: |
This position is the first point of contact for the Registrar’s office for the public, campus partners, prospective and current students, and alumni. The primary purpose of this position is to provide customer service and assistance in a professional and friendly manner via daily email, phone, and face-to-face interactions while accepting and processing registration/records related forms. Our customer service team counsels, assists, and trouble-shoot with students, faculty and staff relative to the Registrar's office procedures and university policies. |
Department Overview: |
The Office of the Registrar is the hub of the University. We provide assistance with transcripts, registration and course scheduling, transfer credit and graduation evaluation, determination of Idaho residency for tuition, and catalog information. This is a part-time, benefit-eligible position that will be working 20 hours per week. |

Minimum Qualifications: |
Sufficient speech and hearing acuity to perform customer service work. Experience: explaining policies, procedures, or rules; handling complaints and upset individuals; business telephone etiquette. |
