Job Summary/Basic Function: |
The primary purpose of this position is to learn the transfer and graduation evaluation processes, including creation and maintenance of transfer equivalencies, determination of graduation requirements, and to work with students and advisors during these processes. |
Department Overview: |
The Office of the Registrar is the hub of the University. We assist with transcripts, registration and course scheduling, transfer credit and graduation evaluation, determination of Idaho residency for tuition, and catalog information. |

Minimum Qualifications: |
Experience: monitoring record systems to identify and correct errors; interpreting, explaining, and applying laws, regulations, and complex policies for multiple or highly specialized programs; analyzing information and researching a variety of sources to identify and resolve problems or issues; dealing with individuals from varying cultural and socio-economic backgrounds in stressful situations; entering and retrieving data using a computerized record system; composing and proofreading business correspondence. |
