The Residential Student Case Manager provides non-clinical case management services to students in residence (living in campus housing) whose academic and community success is being impacted by behavioral health and wellbeing needs. This position will provide training to Housing & Residence Life (HRL) staff, aid with the transition to on campus living, and support general wellbeing efforts within the department. |
Department Overview: |
Come join us in the Office of the Dean of Students as a Residential Case Manager! As a vital member of our Student Outreach and Assistance Team and working in close coordination with Housing & Residence Life, you will provide non-clinical case management services to students in residence (living in campus housing) whose academic and community success is being impacted by behavioral health and wellbeing needs. You will also provide training to Housing & Residence Life staff, aid students with the transition to on campus living, and support general wellbeing efforts for our residential campus community. |
Level Scope: |
Fully competent and productive professional contributor who applies acquired job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with general supervision; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action. May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees. |

Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience. |

Salary and Benefits: |
