This role provides leadership in membership outreach and engagement, supervision of a dynamic student employee team, and support for event coordination and customer service operations. The Member Services Coordinator will supervise approximately 30 student employees, including Member Services Attendants, Event Attendants, and Program Managers. In collaboration with professional staff, the Coordinator will enhance operational excellence, deliver impactful training, support facility reservations, and ensure a welcoming environment for all members and guests. The Member Services Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Business Operations for the Department of Campus Recreation.
