Job Summary/Basic Function: |
Provides faculty development support, consulting on effective and wide-ranging pedagogy, assessment, and/or course design, and assisting with strategies for student success. Oversees the implementation and tracking of program accreditation standards. Assists faculty in planning annual professional development meetings. Manages the student evaluation data for concurrent enrollment students. Coordinates and takes direction from the Director on strategies to administer a quality dual credit program. |

Level Scope: |
Fully competent and productive professional contributor who applies acquired job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with general supervision; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action. May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees. |
Essential Functions: |
● Support faculty liaisons to analyze needs and determine goals for delivering professional development workshops to partner concurrent enrollment instructors. |
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: |
● Experience with and knowledge of effective teaching strategies. |
Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s and 2 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
● Two years of experience in leading professional development workshops in various formats to professional audiences. |
Salary and Benefits: |
